Mohid TidePreview.exe enables to preview water elevations based on 
the tidal components file, similar to input data files used to run 
Mohid.

Data file name must be 'TidePrevInput.dat' (must be placed in working directory):

Note, that each block "<begintideprev>...<endtideprev>" represents one gauge,
that must be placed in a separated file. Nevertheless, the program can treat
several gauges at the same time (provided they are in the separated files).
